Kimberly Luffman

Kimberly

Kimberly works with organisations and leaders to develop strategy, grow leadership capacity and change culture. She has over 20 years of experience across FMCG, professional services, retail, hospitality, construction, health and science, and understands and balances the personal and professional journey in order to achieve sustainable change.

Kimberly uses her academic grounding of Adult Education and Human Resource Development and over 10 years’ practice as a Professional Certified Coach to deliver practical, customised solutions for each client.

Warwick

Warwick has extensive experience partnering senior leadership teams to make progress on culture and team performance. He has practiced and taught leadership in a variety of levels, organisations and environments; has held numerous senior executive and board roles; led and participated in organisational cultural reform programs; and has worked both locally and internationally to create unique learning programs for executives. Warwick is passionate about helping leaders and teams to grow their potential by challenging and testing assumptions, improving their capacity and creating lasting insights.

Bec

Bec specialises in delivering programs and practical frameworks that cultivate quality leadership for future generations. Her experience in educational and organisational leadership has grown her passion for supporting new and emerging leaders to succeed in their roles and make a positive impact in their field. Bec holds a Masters in Education and is a highly skilled educational leader with experience in educational design, development and leadership. She combines her passion for leadership and wellbeing to focus on enabling individuals and teams to be at their best both personally and professionally.

Myles

Myles is a passionate, curious and skilled Organisational Development (OD) professional who seeks to inspire and enable personal and professional growth among individuals and groups. Through his OD experience across creative, non-profit and private sectors, Myles has built design and facilitation skills that support leaders in shifting mindsets and building relevant capabilities that respond to everyday challenges. His academic background provides a solid evidence-based backbone to an innovative, human-centred and solution-focused approach to the work of leadership, enabling the design and implementation of tailored, pragmatic learning experiences.

Brett

Brett works in partnership with senior leaders, supporting them to make a transformational shift in leadership and move people and teams towards the organisation's strategy. He is an experienced leadership coach who works with clients to navigate the complexities of leadership. Brett is a master facilitator with a unique and enlivening approach and over a decade of experience delivering impactful organisational learning and development that builds engagement and commitment toward change. He specialises in discovery-based learning and has a background in both leadership and acting.

Nat

Nat supports individuals stepping into new leadership roles, wanting to set a new direction, or looking to make a big change in either their personal or professional life. She is a Human Behaviour Specialist and experienced Human Resource Business Partner.

Through 1:1 coaching sessions, leadership workshops, keynote speaking and behavioural profiling, Nat helps people become their most authentic self, be the leader they know they can be, and to make a difference through meaningful action.

Alyson

Alyson has a passion and drive for improving the effectiveness and performance of individuals and teams, and has worked in the Organisational Development field as a Leadership Development, Change Management and Behavioural Specialist for over 20 years. She has strong relationship management skills which lend itself to effectively managing stakeholders and has designed and facilitated many Leadership Development programs. Alyson is a Professional Certified Coach through International Coach Federation and is highly experienced working with behavioural profiling and 360 degree feedback tools.

Rebekah

Rebekah has over 14 years working extensively with leaders in professional services, telecommunications, dairy, utility services, tertiary academic, law enforcement, local body government, not-for-profit, and Crown Research Institutes. She has worked as an organisational development consultant, inhouse coach, and trainer and is a talented relationship builder, coach and facilitator who focuses on identifying clients’ personal values and inherent strengths and supporting them to best realise their true potential. Rebekah holds a Masters Degree in Psychology; is an ICF-credentialed coach; a behaviours, motivators and EQ analyst, and a qualified teacher.

Vicki

A credentialled coach and learning facilitator with a focus on building capability for high performance through leadership, growth, and change; Vicki has 20 years of experience working with individuals and organisations helping them define and achieve success.

Before founding her own business, Vicki was strategically involved in project and change management in senior roles in both the public and private sectors. Over those years, Vicki played key leadership and project management roles, developing and delivering technical and cultural solutions in a mix of industries from local government to construction, professional services to wholesale distribution.

Kate

Kate is a professional coach who strives to support others in growing and developing personally and professionally. She is a chartered organisational psychologist who helps ambitious organisations drive business results through brain-friendly leadership, culture and performance.

With nearly 20 years of experience in leadership and organisational development, Kate partners with organisations to create practical and engaging solutions that draw on the latest thinking in neuroscience and psychology.

Kate is undertaking an MBA, holds a Masters of Organisational Psychology and is credentialed in numerous development tools.
